Setting Up in Our Space

We require artists to supply their own gallery hanging system.

We do not allow nails, tacks, tape or other wall attachments.

Allowed methods include:

Adjustable hooks attached to wire
UHU Tac mounting putty only

Artist Agreements

Artists receive 80% of sale price.
Rain or Shine Coffee House retains 20%.

Payment will be made at the end of exhibit via Venmo or check, within one week of takedown.

I agree to the 80/20 commission split and payment schedule.

I confirm I will have enough artwork for the full exhibition period.

I agree to replace sold pieces promptly.

I understand restocking is after hours only and by prior arrangement.

I understand unsuitable artwork may be requested for removal.

I agree to pick up all artwork promptly at the end of the exhibit.

I understand the shop does not track detailed inventory of sold items.

I acknowledge Rain or Shine Coffee House is not liable for loss, theft, or damage.

I understand this agreement represents the full agreement between parties.
