Anna was born and raised in Southern California and moved to the Portland area almost 10 years ago. She was always very creative, mostly exploring the mediums of graphite drawing and ceramics. She began watercolor painting about 7 years ago and has been focused on creating colorful landscapes, cat portraits, and other nature focused scenes.
This year she began her new Wizard Cat series! This series is all about whimsy and wonder. The series follows Nutmeg the tuxedo cat, his orange brother Cinna, and their best friend Luna. Together they go on fun adventures and explore their beautiful world, inspired by the Oregon Coast. Anna is very excited to keep exploring this imaginative world through many more paintings. She also has released a 2027 Wizard Cat calendar!
Check out her Etsy shop Anna Tsitsivas Art for a wider selection of her work, and follow her on instagram and Tiktok for process videos and new painting reveals.
